Annual Salary Range: $75k - $100k plus Annual Bonus (100% on-site, San Diego CA) LendSure Mortgage Corp is seeking a Systems Administrator to work out of our San Diego, CA office. Title: Systems Administrator Overview: This role involves providing daily IT system administration and support for our company's computer, network, and information systems. Responsibilities include front and back-end system management, data security, VoIP administration, and other technical duties. You will oversee data center operations, LAN/WAN maintenance, patch management, server monitoring, and serve as the last tier support for the service desk. Manage all aspects of the computer system & networking platform Troubleshoot network & system issues Monitor active network, server, and cloud infrastructure Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches Execute data backup and restoration procedures Document all technical procedures and user guides Help develop our cybersecurity maturity and posture Provide hardware recommendations Qualifications: Manage Windows-based servers in a vCenter environment Monitor server and network performance and resolve issues Respond to high-level incidents and tickets Scale, upgrade, and manage existing and new systems within our network and data center Ensure uptime and performance of key software and WAN infrastructure Follow policies related to change management, SOX data collection, security, and backup Proficiency with Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2016, 2019), Active Directory, Group Policy Basic Cisco switch knowledge and WAN concepts VOIP administration experience Linux administration familiarity (Red Hat/CentOS) Familiarity with PHP, LAMP stack, and SQL Customer-oriented and team-driven attitude 5+ years of relevant experience Windows Server administration expertise Microsoft certifications are a plus This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide your Form I-9 information to confirm your eligibility to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr
