Our client is seeking a D365 Solutions Architect to join their team. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must be available to interview in-person. Visa Sponsorship is available, if necessary. What You’ll Be Doing • Own the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements • Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions across teams • Create high-level architecture diagrams, integration plans, and technical documentation • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with best practices • Serve as technical lead across ERP project teams, guiding developers, consultants, and analysts • Oversee integrations with third-party systems (CRM, payroll, banking, legacy platforms) via Azure services • Support deployment planning, data migration, testing strategies, and environment management • Evaluate ISV solutions and lead vendor selection when applicable • Maintain alignment with Microsoft’s roadmap for D365, Azure, and Power Platform Qualifications • 7+ years of ERP implementation experience, including 4+ years with Dynamics AX or D365 ERP • Proven experience as a solution architect on at least two full-cycle D365 F&O implementations • Expertise in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and/or Manufacturing modules • Strong skills in Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and the Microsoft ecosystem • Solid grasp of data modeling, role-based security, workflows, and extension frameworks • Experience with DevOps tools for D365 and automated deployments • Experience with global rollouts and complex, multi-entity configurations • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
