Description: Resolution Medical, LLC is looking to add a Business Systems Support Specialist to the IT team in our Fridley, MN office. Job Summary The Business Systems Support Specialist will provide technical and functional support to users of the NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) and FUUZ manufacturing execution system (MES) systems as well as deliver end-user support for troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining computer hardware, software, network, and other IT related issues. This role is ideal for a helpful, service-minded, self-motivated, dynamic, and creative problem-solver who takes pride in providing high-quality support while always being cognizant of the cost of downtime. To be successful in this role you will need not only strong technical skills and instincts but must possess superior people and communication skills. This is an onsite role in Fridley, MN. Key ERP responsibilities include: • Serve as the initial point of contact for NetSuite ERP and FUUZ MES support issues • Provide training to new and existing users and create and maintain documentation such as SOPs and training materials. • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Resolution Medical business processes and interaction with business operations support systems. • Manage user roles, permissions, and system access within NetSuite ERP and FUUZ MES. • Assist with system configurations, customizations, and integrations with other systems • Ensure data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and validations • Work with cross-functional teams to identify system improvement opportunities and support business process automation • Assist with NetSuite ERP and FUUZ MES implementation projects, system upgrades, and integrations • Manage requested configuration changes in reports, workflows, objects, fields, etc. • Suggest reports or dashboards to enable end users to better manage their processes and responsibilities (end goal: develop business cases for new features and functionality) Key IT responsibilities include: • Triage and provide in-person and remote support for troubleshooting hardware/software, peripheral, and printer problems, escalating when necessary • Provision and set up new users and accounts in multiple systems • Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals • Maintain security mindset • Install and troubleshoot a variety of software applications • Train users as needed to improve function or mitigate repeat issues • Help maintain accurate documentation • Recognize the importance of other people’s time and the need for timely technical assistance • Provide timely communication and updates regarding technical issues • Assist and offer improvement ideas to help streamline current processes and support systems • Utilize ticketing system to track issues • Occasional after-hours support and project work • Other projects and additional duties as needed • Grow in role and take on other duties as appropriate Requirements: Experience, Qualifications, Required Skills • Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in a role supporting ERP and/or MES systems, preferably NetSuite or another Oracle platform. • Minimum 1+ years of successful experience in an IT support or helpdesk role • Superior customer service skills and mindset of helpfulness and service to others • Open and clear communication style with superior verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients of all levels • Ability to maintain calm demeanor and think clearly and quickly with crisp decision-making skills in times of urgency and frustration • Demonstrated superior problem-solving skills, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail • Interest in IT networking desired • Experience in Microsoft Windows 7/8/10/11 • Experience and knowledge of MS Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. • Experience with RMM/ITSM platforms (e.g. NinjaOne, DattoRMM, Solarwinds, Kaseya) desired • Experience with Android and iOS desired • Experience with a variety of peripherals desired • Ability to learn other technologies quickly and thoroughly • Self-motivated, flexible, and possess the ability to work independently • Team player with ability to function and influence others in a multi-cultural matrix environment • Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information and elevated access • Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Able to work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress Education: • Associate’s degree or higher desired • NetSuite or other ERP certifications desired • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft) desired Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times • Must wear gown, gloves, ear protection and other personal protective equipment when applicable Summary of Benefits • Group health & welfare benefits: Options for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Health Savings Account (requires participation in eligible medical plan), and Flexible Spending Accounts. • Company-paid benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Long Term Disability (LTD), Kavira (requires participation in medical plan). • Voluntary, employee-paid benefits: Employee Supplemental Life & AD&D, Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity, Employee Assistance Program. • Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) & Floating Holidays • Paid Parental Leave • Paid Holidays • Benefits and incentive compensation may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
