Job Summary We are seeking a data-driven Digital Products Analytics Ad-Hoc Analyst to support cross-functional teams with actionable insights derived from complex datasets. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to extract, analyze, and visualize data, enabling informed decision-making across digital product initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. • Cleanse, validate, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for analysis. • Develop and execute queries and scripts using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions. • Create clear and impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data requirements and translate them into insights. • Support other departments with their data needs and collaborate with Data Scientists on statistical analysis. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data workflows. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python. • 3+ years supporting software engineering, data engineering, or analytics projects. • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications • Strong proficiency in digital product analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Heap, Contentsquare). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse). • Understanding of ETL processes and tools. • Experience in the media industry is a plus. • Knowledge of data governance and database querying. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills for translating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy. Education: Bachelors Degree
