Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Power Apps Leader to spearhead enterprise-wide adoptions and innovation using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps. This role will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable low-code/no-code solutions that drive business efficiency, automation, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership • Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy aligned with business goals. • Champion the adoption of Power Apps and related tools across departments. • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases. • Solution Architecture & Delivery • Oversee the design and development of complex Power Apps solutions. • Ensure best practices in governance, security, scalability, and performance. • Lead a team of developers, analysts, and developers. • Innovation & Enablement • Promote a culture of innovation through low-code development. • Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform. • Provide mentorship and training to internal teams and business users. • Governance & Compliance • Implement governance frameworks for app lifecycle management. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards. • Monitor platform usage and optimize licensing and cost efficiency. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in IT or digital transformation roles. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate. • Proven leadership in enterprise-scale solution delivery. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems. • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. : • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400). • Experience establishing a Power Platform Center of Excellence. • Background in business process automation, data integration, and UX/UI design.
