The Role... You'll beworking with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power platform solutionsacross the solutions architecture, and delivery within a customerfacing environment. 1. Understand customer’s intent and existingarchitecture and propose a best possible solution to their businessproblem and processes. 2. Design FDD + Solution design documentsinc' stake-holder approval up to executive + Cx level sponsors. 3.Work on individual delivery items as well as manage taskassignment/delivery/peer reviews where applicable. 4. Maintain abest practice guidance for the team and overall projectdeliverables. 5. Planning & executing the implementation of CRMdevelopments with the team, providing regular progress updates tointernal & external clients. 6. Assisting with projectcommunication & best practice throughout the systemimplementation. 7. D365 CE Solution Management. 8. A background infunctional consulting + Solution architecture/Design with a goodtechnical understanding is ideal. Essential Technical Skills: 1.Experience of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE functional design + architecture+ capabilities at enterprise level. 2. Design experience inDynamics 365 including Customer Service. 3. Experience of PowerPlatform RQ's + capability (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven /Canvas Applications), Dataverse, Power Automate. 4. Experience offull custom and extended Dynamics CE solutions. 5. Ability to workwith large developer and technical architecture teams.
