About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities • Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of D365 solutions. • Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM development related issues, concerns, and needs. • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Customer Service and Power Apps/Automate development. • Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. • Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes. • Manage entity ownership; manage entity properties; understand system and custom entities. • Implement workflows; identify workflow types; implement dialogs and custom actions; identify when to use business process flows, workflow dialogs, and custom actions. • Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps, stages, and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement role-driven business process flows. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. About You To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its various features and functionalities. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
