Job description

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). • Administer policies and configurations for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. • Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user and device identity management. • Develop and implement Conditional Access policies to ensure secure and compliant access to resources. • Manage device compliance policies and monitor non-compliant devices. • Package and deploy applications using Intune, including Win32, Microsoft Store, and LOB apps. • Maintain and manage Office 365 (O365) services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement data protection and DLP policies. • Monitor and troubleshoot Intune, Azure AD, and O365 environments using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. • Provide support for end-user device issues and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. • Generate and maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and configurations.
