JobID: 50859 Sr. Microsoft Teams Engineer Overview: We have an exciting opportunity in the Communcations and Collaboration Technolgy team of a enterprise level FinTech company. The are seeking a Sr. Microsoft Teams Engineer. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing the Microsoft Teams cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with other IT services to boost collaboration and productivity across the organization. Required Skills: • Extensive experience in managing and administering Microsoft Teams cloud platform • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Teams policies, settings, and permissions • Strong knowledge of Teams architecture, features, and functionalities • Experience in implementing Teams governance and compliance standards • Ability to design and implement Teams solutions based on business requirements • Skilled in integrating Teams with other cloud services like SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365 • Certification in Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent preferred Nice to Have Skills: • Intermediate to Advanced experience with DFS management • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Teams cloud platform • Experience in managing hybrid and multi-geo Teams environments • Integration expertise with VOIP and Conference Room Technology solutions Other Requirements: • Ability to multitask in a dynamic team-based environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence This role is located in office in Jacksonville, Fl.
