If anyone is interested, please share your resume to Suryanarayana.- Job Title: SharePoint Administrator/Developer Location: Remote, USA Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C / 1099) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator/Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our enterprise SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Microsoft 365 integration, along with hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration. Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments (Online and On-Prem). Develop custom solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer. Create and manage sites, lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and content management. Ensure system performance, availability, and security compliance. Perform migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 tools. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Administration and Development. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, Microsoft 365. Hands-on experience with SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, Nintex (preferred). Expertise in site collections, content databases, permissions, workflows, and document management. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration. Experience with SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integration. Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
