Description Bizzell US is seeking a proactive and skilled Power Automate Developer to design and implement business process automation solutions across FOH systems using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance efficiency through Power Automate, with integration into SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services. Key Responsibilities Workflow Design & Automation • Develop, configure, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow). • Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for automation within FOH operations and service delivery. • Support both cloud and desktop flows as needed. Integration & Solution Delivery • Integrate workflows with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Office 365 apps. • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather automation requirements and deliver solutions. Testing & Troubleshooting • Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflows. • Monitor flow execution, resolve errors, and provide ongoing maintenance for deployed automations. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer • Create clear technical documentation for automated processes, including architecture, triggers, and exception handling. • Train users and technical staff on using and managing workflows. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate. • Demonstrated experience building flows that integrate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Forms. • Strong understanding of conditional logic, API calls, dynamic content, and data connectors. Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) or PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals). • Experience working on federal government projects or in highly regulated environments. • Familiarity with other Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder). Work Environment • Hybrid work schedule with on-site support in Rockville, MD as needed. • Availability required during standard business hours (7 AM – 6 PM EST).
