• Experience with Azure troubleshooting and deployments
• Automation skills using Ansible PowerShell and Terraform
• Must be comfortable working with developers and managers
• Able to work after-hours or weekends as needed for code deployments
• Combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or professional experience in systems design management or architecture
• Advanced technical analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured technical solutions
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing vendor coordination
• Familiarity with server/client and virtual technologies
