job summary:We are seeking an IT Generalist to provide operational IT support. This role combines hands-on IT operations, MSP coordination, and basic to mid-level Azure administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling day-to-day IT needs, supporting cloud environment tasks, and providing occasional A/V assistance. location: Washington, Washington, D.C.job type: Contractsalary: $35 - 44 per hourwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Provide day-to-day IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and asset management. Coordinate with MSPs to track and resolve support tickets. Manage user accounts and access in Azure Active Directory, assist with Azure operations, and support application deployments. Provide occasional A/V setup and troubleshooting for meetings. qualifications:Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or generalist roles. Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and basic Azure services. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking. Ability to manage IT support tickets and coordinate with MSPs. Comfortable with end-user support, device setup, and light-to-moderate cloud administration. skills: Skills Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. Knowledge of device setup, imaging, and application deployment. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues. Familiarity with Intune or other MDM solutions. Ability to manage IT assets and provide basic A/V support.
