Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI. Title: Healthcare Business Analyst Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid/onsite as needed) Role Type: W2 contract engagement Candidates should have some combination of the below data analysis tools required, especially Portico and FACETS. Not all of them. Portico FACETS Provider Manager Mass Member Transfer Tool Excel Availity Engagement Description Responsible for verifying and validating the integrity of contractual relationships by aligning and maintaining practitioner affiliation data, processing and triaging error reports when data components are misaligned, utilizing data analysis tools to reconcile discrepancies, and collaborating with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality data management. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suites. Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization. Required Skills/Experience Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to coordinate multiple activities with varying timelines. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with using the Portico platform. Education/Certifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
