Role Overview: The ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) is a key member of the team responsible for aligning business needs with technology solutions. This role focuses on analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations. The BA works closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring effective and efficient implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness • Work directly with development teams to design and refine solutions • Develop and execute test cases for all development work delivered • Design and implement Event Management practices in ServiceNow • Assist with incorporating newly delivered solutions into operational workflows • Provide training and end-user support as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years of Agile team experience • Strong experience in creating and writing user stories • Solid understanding of Software Development Methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PowerApps) • Knowledge of ITIL processes • Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Tools & Platform Experience: • ServiceNow (Incident Management, Event Management, and IT Alerting) • xMatters (IT Alerting Platform) • SiteScope, Dynatrace, Splunk (APM & Logging tools)
