This role supports internal users by resolving escalated technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple systems and technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can make an immediate impact and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a technical escalation point for Level 1 and 2 issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to: • Microsoft 365 and Exchange • VPN and firewall connectivity • VOIP phone systems • Workstation and server hardware • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory. • Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks. • Monitor systems using alerting tools and respond proactively to incidents. • Collaborate with internal IT staff and external vendors as needed. • Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge base. Requirements • 3–5+ years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 responsibilities. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration. • Proficient with network troubleshooting (firewalls, VPNs, switching). • Experience with VOIP systems (e.g., Cisco, Zoom Phone, RingCentral). • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for system management and automation. • Solid understanding of hardware support (workstations, laptops, servers). • Experience using monitoring and alerting tools in a production environment. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
