• Job Title: Sr Software Engineer (Azure / AI) • Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term • Location: Remote (U.S. based) or Hybrid (Seattle area preferred for occasional in-person meetings and team events) • Time Zone: We operate in PT time zone. • Industry: IT Solutions We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in back-end development, experience with Microsoft Azure cloud, and an interest in AI technologies. You will contribute to defining technical direction, delivering high-quality solutions, and collaborating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop full-stack solutions, with skills in back-end (Python, Node.js, Java, etc). • Build and deploy solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business and client goals. • Apply best practices in software engineering including code quality, testing, scalability, and security. • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. • Support client relationships, adapt to short deadlines and evolving projects, and deliver with agility. • (Nice to have) Ability to shape delivery solutions and mentor other engineers. Qualifications • 6+ years of professional software development experience. • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js (backend-focused acceptable). • Proven experience with Azure cloud platforms. • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices. • Experience with AI services in Azure (e.g., MSFT Foundry, Cognitive Services, or related tools) is a strong plus. Basic Skills • Self-motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new technologies. • Team-oriented, thrives in collaborative environments. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Nice to Have • Prior exposure to architectural or leadership responsibilities. • Experience in both startup and enterprise environments. • Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Amazon RDS) and distributed systems design. • Familiarity with QA processes and the full software development lifecycle. • Preferred Certifications (any are a plus): • Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert • Azure AI Engineer Associate Things to keep in mind! • Applicants should be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship. • This is a full-time, long-term and hybrid opportunity from the US. • Pay range: $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
