You will manage key tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. Your leadership will motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results. In this pivotal role, you will: • Analyze the interactions between system components, ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving. • Take ownership of projects for successful planning, execution, budgeting, and completion. • Collaborate with team leadership to maintain shared accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables. • Encourage skill development both for yourself and team members. • Mentor and coach others effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Address conflicts constructively, engaging in necessary conversations with clients and stakeholders. • Maintain the highest professional and technical standards in accordance with PwC’s code of conduct. As a Manager in our Business Application Consulting team, you will lead client accounts and projects centered on Oracle Cloud technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Delivering quality solutions aligned with client needs. • Creating a collaborative team environment that drives performance. • Utilizing Oracle Cloud technologies to ensure project success. • Implementing best practices for project management and client engagement. • Building and nurturing strong relationships with client stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 15 years of experience in Cloud technologies such as OCI, AWS, GCP & Azure Preferred Skills: • Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, GCP, or Azure • Familiarity with IaaS & PaaS services and Oracle Fusion SaaS stack (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, CX, FDI) • Experience with automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for OCI deployments • Strong background in managing client accounts and projects • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver quality solutions If you are passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional results with Oracle Cloud technologies, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, and candidates may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
