We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Office Coordinator who can support client growth, office operations, and internal projects. Schedule Onsite | 12 hours weekly Tuesday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (set half-day shifts) Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Support • Assist with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client service agreements. • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and monitor pipelines. • Support event preparation, networking opportunities, and client engagement. • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and growth initiatives. Office Coordination & Administrative Support • Maintain client and internal files with accuracy and confidentiality. • Manage scheduling, email communications, and meeting coordination. • Assist with invoices, contracts, and onboarding documentation. • Provide general support to the Wyn2It leadership team with special projects. • Coordinate office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications • Some experience in sales, client services, or office coordination. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. • Administrative support experience (scheduling, email, file management). • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently. • Professional, personable, and detail-oriented demeanor.
