The Junior Workday ERP Analyst provides foundational support for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of the Workday ERP system. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop ERP and Workday skills by working closely with senior analysts, functional leads, and business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Research, Payroll and Supply Chain. The analyst will contribute to data validation, process documentation, testing, configuration tasks, and user support activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and internship/work experience. Basic understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, or Procurement. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Required Credentials N/A Preferred Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables, basic SQL, or reporting tools). Exposure to software implementation lifecycle or systems analysis coursework. Demonstrated interest in ERP systems, data analysis, or enterprise technology (through coursework, internships, or relevant experience). Compensation Range $78,735.00 - $118,103.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
