Position Summary: SSR Total IT is seeking an experienced, client-focused Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader to serve as a strategic technical advisor and hands-on leader. This department delivers and supports legacy platforms to bleeding edge solutions. The role blends software development, business process analysis, project leadership, client engagement and also has departmental P&L responsibility. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, help drive digital product growth, maintain client relations and lead a talented dual shore development, AI and analytics team to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client-facing business process and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities, close operational gaps, and drive efficiency and cost reduction. • Develop and implement strategies to grow SSR’s digital product offerings (OpEX). • Perform business process mapping, with an emphasis on lean manufacturing methodologies. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements aligned with project objectives. • Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation to the Project Manager and stakeholders. • Lead and manage all aspects of assigned software projects, including scope, goals, and deliverables. • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful outcomes. • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial alignment with objectives. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future projects. • Mentor and guide the development team; assign tasks, provide feedback, and support professional growth as well as staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. Requirements: • Proven experience leading software development projects in a technical or managerial capacity. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques and deep understanding of software project management principles and lifecycle. • Experience managing Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Figma, GitHub and other industry standard platforms. • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively engage with all levels of leadership and clients. • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and deliver results within scope and timeline. • Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through collaboration and transparency with a track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable leading change initiatives and driving continuous improvement. • Experience working in or with manufacturing environments and various ERP systems. • Experience working with offshore teams is imperative. • Prior experience in software engineering in a consulting environment is preferred.
