Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr W2 only - Not available for C2C or 1099 consulting Target Start Date : July/August 2025 (ASAP) Position Overview: In this role, you will work to deliver collaboration technologies to the enterprise utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other applications like Box and Miro, as well as new products that arise. Key Qualifications: Demonstrated engineering experience with Microsoft 365 application services Development background with SharePoint and Power Platform solutions Strong scripting and integration experience (PowerShell, MS Graph, REST API, etc.) Experience using Agile documentation tools like JIRA and Smartsheet ServiceNow experience / familiarity with ITIL processes Functional Skills & Abilities: Excellent leadership skills with a passion for operational excellence Adaptable to change and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced work environment Effective communicator of technical concepts to non-technical audiences Able to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal leaders Willingness to take on new tasks/challenges outside of your knowledge base Responsibilities Include : Review and analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software and OOTB features to meet the organization’s collaboration and productivity needs. Establish systems specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost-effectiveness, and provide recommendations to management personnel. Coordinate testing and implementation of new systems software, including conversion of data to the new system, and working with application support personnel to resolve system problems. Create integrations & automations between systems. Develop vendor partnerships and bring awareness to product release plans for new functionalities. Facilitate customer interactions to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed.
