To Apply for this Job Click Here M365 Systems Engineer Our client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to join their IT Infrastructure team in supporting critical clinical and business operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends cloud-based systems administration, virtualization, and scripting to improve infrastructure reliability and performance. What You’ll Do: • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a hybrid infrastructure of physical, virtual, and cloud-based servers to ensure system availability and performance. • Lead small-scale infrastructure projects, including M365 feature rollouts, automation improvements, and service integrations. • Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal customers to gather requirements, resolve issues, and implement best practices. What Gets You the Job: • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments/administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune). • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, configuration, and reporting. • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity environments. • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V) and enterprise storage solutions. • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
