We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead and support the ongoing management and expansion of Microsoft 365 (M365) services across government agencies. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing government- wide policies, driving adoption, and ensuring secure and effective use of M365 across the organization. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Job Type: 2 years contract (renewable) Salary Package: $7000 (basic) to $10,000 (basic) + AWS Key Responsibilities Onboard agencies into the HQ Microsoft 365 tenant Define and manage configurations and policies including Intune, BYOD, compliance, and security settings. Evaluate and review M365 product features and updates , and assess their relevance and readiness for agency rollout. Collaborate with various stakeholders including policy, cybersecurity, and end-user support teams. Work closely with vendors, SIs, and internal teams to deliver on product and project goals. Monitor usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the existing product owner by sharing the growing workload in M365 management. Requirements Minimum 6 years of combined experience in product and project management . Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 : Intune policy configuration Tenant-level administration and management Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) experience is a bonus Experience in managing government projects is an added bonus Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-101, MD-102, MS-900). Experience with large-scale M365 onboarding or digital workplace transformation. Why Join Us?
