Job Description: "Key Responsibilities: · Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solution. · Develop POC’s and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate capabilities of Microsoft Cloud including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Exchange Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Gen AI Copilot. · Automate business process by developing and delivering Power Platform based solutions. · Evaluate, set up organization processes and controls to launch new Microsoft cloud-based services. · Conduct trainings and workshops to drive adoption of M365 Services · Coordinate with the platform engineering and Microsoft support team to resolve customer issues and technical blockers.
