Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and machine learning workflows for production environments. • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to build end-to-end machine learning systems, from model development to deployment and monitoring. • Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence. • Build and deploy scalable machine learning solutions using tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure, and more. • Translate business challenges into technical requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions to meet those needs. • Establish best practices and processes to ensure the team stays at the cutting edge of AI/ML engineering. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, Machine Learning, or another quantitative field • 4–7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering • Proven expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and machine learning models • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in scalable computing frameworks such as Apache Spark • Hands-on experience deploying production-grade machine learning models in cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively Preferred Skills: • Experience with real-world MLOps practices, including version control, model monitoring, and automation • Familiarity with telecommunications industry data and challenges • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Go • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field Additional Requirements: • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Location: Remote, Frisco, TX, or Bellevue, WA
