Job Overview We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI, to support our internal teams with reporting, data management, and insights, build dashboards, and support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities • Design, update, and maintain advanced Excel reports and models • Develop and manage SharePoint sites and document libraries for team collaboration • Build interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI • Streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support operational decision-making • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and improve information access Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data validation) • Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites and workflows • Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and accuracy • Bonus: Experience with Office 365 administration, Salesforce or Sitetracker Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience + benefits How to Apply • Submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and samples or links to dashboards/reports you have created (if available) to careers@opcountry.com Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $26.78 per hour Ability to Commute: • Boise, ID 83709 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Boise, ID 83709: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boise, ID 83709
