Leavitt Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate in Las Vegas is looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. You'll partner closely with producers and commercial lines managers to support mid-sized accounts with professionalism, precision, and care. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include: • Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer • Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects • Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution • Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach • Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development • Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetings • Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals • Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs • Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks • Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards What You Bring to the Table • Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Nevada • Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, especially in contractor and construction segments • Strong understanding of agency operations and account service workflows • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Skilled in navigating carrier rating software • Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Leavitt Insurance?
