Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT M365 Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft M365 environments, including Defender. This role involves managing user accounts, security policies, and system configurations, as well as providing support during M365 email migrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the M365 Project Team during email migration activities. Troubleshoot and resolve M365 email issues, including those on mobile devices and iPads. Assist in configuring Defender security tools. Provide support for end-user queries and issues related to M365 services. Document lessons learned and assist in creating FAQs and support documentation. Support and assist other IT functions as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (minimum 7+ years in a technical role). 7+ years of experience in M365 environments (Exchange, Defender, Entra ID, etc.). 7+ years of experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Outlook, etc.). Hands-on troubleshooting experience with the ability to perform under pressure. Strong written and oral communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and directed, with strong prioritization and execution skills. Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environments. Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Ability to research and test new technologies and solutions. Effective time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications A+ Certification or similar Microsoft certifications (a plus). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: A+ Certification , Microsoft certification
