Join to apply for the Application Administrator role at North Western Energy. Location open to South Dakota and Montana locations (Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Missoula). Qualifications Include • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college with some related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Understanding of concepts related to application administration, support, automation, and integration. • Knowledge of network, security, and virtual architecture, including virtual delivery of applications. • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing responsibilities. • Experience with application implementations, upgrades, administration, automation, Power Shell, SSL/TLS, IIS/.NET, Windows administration, and application monitoring. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Dynamics 365. • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Knowledge of Dev Ops fundamentals. • Ability to travel up to 15% and work extended hours if necessary. • Ability to pass drug test and background check. • Experience with Enterprise Service Bus middleware, Linux administration, and Robotic Process Automation is a plus. Duties Include • Partner with stakeholders to identify problems and develop solutions. • Design, install, configure, and support COTS applications. • Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365, including user management and security roles. • Configure Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Ensure stability, performance, and availability of applications and integrations. • Monitor system performance and logs to proactively address issues. • Support upgrades and patches for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. • Customize Dynamics 365 modules to organizational needs. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users. • Document configurations, processes, and changes. • Stay informed about Microsoft updates and features for potential enhancements. • Evaluate and troubleshoot complex issues with strong analytical skills. • Organize and coordinate multiple work assignments to meet milestones. • Adhere to safety standards, company values, and ethics. Position is full-time, with a salary range of $55,600 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
