Power Applications Developer Hybrid or Remote What You’ll Do: • Build and enhance custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, transforming legacy Excel- and Access-based tools into scalable, secure solutions. • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain internal tools used across various teams; act as a go-to resource for app functionality and enhancements. • Partner with business leaders to understand operational workflows and translate needs into efficient, user-friendly apps. • Ensure integration and alignment with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services. • Collaborate with lean IT leadership to implement development best practices and drive consistency across the internal application stack. • Contribute to broader modernization efforts, including potential involvement in cloud migrations (e.g., Azure or Microsoft Fabric). What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Application development. • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools. • Experience with SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources. • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
