Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced AEM DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with expertise in DevOps methodologies to streamline the development, deployment, and maintenance of AEM applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and provide guidance on AEM architecture and infrastructure setup. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AEM applications using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven. Automate deployment processes and ensure smooth deployments across development, testing, and production environments. Monitor AEM application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configurations for scalability and reliability. Implement security best practices for AEM environments, including user authentication, access controls, and data encryption. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous improvement in AEM development processes. Stay updated on the latest AEM features, patches, and security vulnerabilities, and apply necessary updates to keep systems secure and compliant. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a DevOps or system administration role. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and configuration management. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Adobe, AWS or Azure, and experience deploying AEM applications in cloud environments. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex issues in AEM applications and infrastructure. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
