Enterprise Solutions Architect - Multi-Cloud, SRE & Modern Platforms We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect with overall 15+ years of technology and enterprise architecture experience across large-scale platforms. The role demands 5+ years as a cloud-native architect with at least one enterprise end-to-end project delivered, plus proven experience in enterprise application assessments, migration strategy (re-platforming, rearchitecting, phased), and designing applications optimized for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency in a multi-cloud environment. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of Hybris architecture expertise (requirement mapping, design, implementation, CCv2 migrations), along with 5+ years of SRE leadership building practices from scratch. You should also have strong experience in PIM design, and technical exposure to Kafka, .NET, React Native, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. A multi-cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or equivalent), practical skills in Terraform and CI/CD, and working knowledge of GenAI are required, along with a track record of leading enterprise programs and influencing executives. Your Impact: • Overall 15+ years of technology and architecture experience across enterprise-scale platforms. • 5+ years of experience as a cloud-native architect or at least 1 end-to-end project delivered at enterprise scale, designing applications to maximize scalability, performance, and cost efficiency in multi-cloud environments. • 10+ years of Hybris experience, covering requirement mapping, design, implementation, and CCv2 migrations. • 5+ years of SRE leadership, including setting up frameworks from scratch with a strong focus on automation, observability, and monitoring. • At least 1 end-to-end project experience in enterprise application assessments for Cloud and defining migration paths (re-platforming, rearchitecting, phased migration). • 2+ years of experience with Kafka integration and pipeline design. • Experience designing and implementing PIM platforms, with both architectural and functional expertise. • Multi-Cloud Certification (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.), with practical skills in: • Terraform (infrastructure as code) • CI/CD design across on-premise and multi-cloud setups • Security and hybrid integrations (VPN, identity, gateway) • Technical exposure to React Native and .NET, with the ability to guide teams from an architectural standpoint. • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API design. • GenAI exposure, with practical application to automation, observability, or solution acceleration. • Track record of leading enterprise programs, influencing executives, and delivering measurable business results. Your Skills & Experience: • Carry out application and architecture assessments, evaluating on-premise systems for cloud readiness and defining appropriate migration strategies. • Lead re-platforming, rearchitecting, and phased migration initiatives with a clear focus on cloud-native outcomes. • Redesign monolith B2B/B2C platforms and traditional microservices into optimized cloud-native architectures. • Set up and expand SRE practices from the ground up, embedding automation, observability, monitoring, and incident management. • Design and implement observability and monitoring frameworks to support enterprise reliability requirements. • Provide technical leadership for Hybris initiatives including CCv2 migrations, requirement mapping, and solution design. • Architect Kafka-based integrations and pipelines for event-driven systems. • Define and manage CI/CD architectures across on-premise and multi-cloud, using Terraform and modern DevOps practices. • Offer architectural direction for React Native, .NET, Java, and Spring Boot solutions. • Engage directly with client stakeholders, influencing long-term technology strategy and investment.
