As a Talent Analytics Consultant III, you will use your skills in consultative quantitative and qualitative analysis, root cause analysis, data visualization, and storytelling, you will surface insights and equip business leaders, HR business partners, and HR centers of expertise with the information they need to make data-driven decisions. You will play a high-impact role, partnering closely with others to implement and advance Williams' talent analytics capabilities and strategy. You will ensure that data, analytics, and reporting are trusted, usable, and actionable. You will take ownership of utilizing HCM system data to develop people metrics and analytics, and you will disseminate this information through user-friendly reports and dashboards. Responsibilities/Expectations: • Applies data analysis and visualization expertise to uncover insights that inform both talent and business strategies • Develops and maintains dashboards and reports that support decision-making across all leadership and technical levels • Collaborates with internal teams to provide auditable workforce data for external reports and studies (e.g., ESG, DJSI) • Supports the creation and analysis of employee engagement and related surveys, helping teams define follow-up actions • Contributes to talent-related projects with limited complexity and scope • Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: • Required: Bachelor's Degree: Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related • Required: Five (5) years of experience in strategic thinking, data analytics, visualization, and information delivery, ideally in support of progressing human resources functions and processes • Preferred: Master's Degree: Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related • Preferred: Seven (7) years of strategic thinking, data analytics, visualization, and information delivery, ideally in support of progressing human resources functions and processes Other Requirements: • Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications • Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and business acumen to drive high performance • Skilled in creating compelling visualizations and reports using multiple HR data and analytics tools • Committed to delivering seamless and positive user experiences with a focus on customer satisfaction, while demonstrating curiosity and adaptability in overcoming challenges and solving complex problems • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences • Preferred: Workday experience, including Report Writer, and experience in building, editing, and automating data delivery via PowerBI About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
