We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems & Network Administrator to manage our enterprise-grade IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco and Meraki networking platforms, along with strong knowledge of system administration, network security, and enterprise-scale deployments. You will be responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and support of critical network and systems infrastructure.
• * What you’ll be doing: Network Administration*
• • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls (ASA/Firepower/FTD), and Meraki appliances.
• Design and implement secure LAN/WAN and wireless network architectures.
• Manage VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, NAT, DHCP, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Optimize network performance and proactively resolve latency, connectivity, and throughput issues.
• * Systems Administration*
• • Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) and Linux-based systems.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
• Perform patching, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain monitoring systems for uptime, performance, and security (e.g., Solar Winds, Nagios, PRTG).
• * Security & Compliance*
• • Implement and maintain firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.
• Ensure network and system compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• * Cloud & Infrastructure Projects*
• • Collaborate on hybrid-cloud connectivity and deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Lead or participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and new deployments.
• * Documentation & Support*
• • Maintain accurate documentation: topology maps, configuration records, SOPs.
• Provide Tier 3 support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Mentor junior administrators and serve as technical SME for escalations.
