Job description

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong emphasis on Databricks, Azure, and cloud-native data pipeline development. • Expertise in building Incentive Compensation Data Marts, supporting sales rep-level compensation metrics and reporting. • Strong development experience with PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and related big data technologies. • Experience implementing and managing data quality frameworks including rule-based validations and exception workflows. • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Data Bricks Workflows. • Proven track record of migrating or transitioning vendor-managed data processes to in-house, including documentation and knowledge transfer. • Deep understanding of GPO membership, roster management, and account-level data processes within commercial operations. • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and comfort working across multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data flows to business and technical audiences.
