Demonstrated ability to work independently on tasks, show a willingness to educate and train more junior technical resources. Experience accessing and troubleshooting systems via remote utilities to perform hardware diagnosis and repair Provide customer outreach for customers to include customer service through tickets, phone calls, or emails and providing on-call response. Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
