Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager Manager to lead and scale our cloud infrastructure and data operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, and a strong background in CI/CD and DevOps, infrastructure automation, A/I, and team leadership. You will manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects, driving operational excellence and innovation across our data and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of DevOps engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects. • Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines for data and machine learning workflows. • Oversee cloud infrastructure management across AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to streamline deployment processes and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates. • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including monitoring, logging, incident response, and performance optimization. • Manage version control, release management, and environment consistency across development, staging, and production. • Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve operational workflows and team productivity. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. • Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code. • Experience managing data-centric environments, including support for data pipelines, ML models, and analytics platforms. • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar. • Experience with ML Ops, data lake architectures, and real-time data streaming. • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR). • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
