We’re a Managed Service Provider that is hiring a Level 2 IT Systems Administrator with solid MSP experience to join our high-performing team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to for escalated support and small-to-medium-sized project work across multiple client environments. You'll work closely with senior engineers and client stakeholders to solve complex issues, maintain systems, and keep infrastructure running smoothly. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Handling a mix of tier 2 escalations and system/network administration tasks • Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments • Managing firewall rules, VPNs, switches, and Wi-Fi (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, etc.) • Performing patch management, backups, and proactive system monitoring via RMM tools • Assisting with onboarding new clients, executing minor project tasks, and escalating complex work as needed Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows-based environments, M365, and networking fundamentals • Familiarity with ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto, Kaseya, or similar PSA/RMM platforms • Ability to prioritize and juggle tickets across multiple client environments without missing a beat • Clear, professional communication—written and verbal—with both team members and clients Salary + Benefits: • $75,000 - $85,000 • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • PTO + Paid Holidays • Certification + Travel Reimbursement
