A Dallas, TX-based company is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join its IT team. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field • 7+ years of direct experience in IT systems engineering • Hands-on experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization • Strong understanding of networking and routing protocols • Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint • Solid experience with Windows Server and Active Directory • Skilled in configuring and programming network switches • Capable of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting both networking equipment and end-user systems • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desired Skills & Experience • Certifications such as ITIL, Azure, M365, CISSP, or CCNP • Experience with system alerting and monitoring tools • Team-oriented with a track record of resolving complex technical issues collaboratively • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences What You’ll Be Doing Tech Breakdown: • 60% working with Cisco Meraki hardware, switches, and wireless access points • 40% working within Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint environments Daily Responsibilities: • 70% hands-on technical tasks • 20% overseeing security, compliance, and other management-related activities • 10% collaborating with the team and participating in planning initiatives The Offer • Eligible for bonus or commission • Benefits include: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid vacation time • Stock options Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
