D365 F and O Senior Functional Consultant Finance 05/21/2025 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant Finance to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations enabled transformations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, ERP implementation, and business process modeling with a focus on Finance. This role requires strong engagement with stakeholders to lead workshops, document requirements, and deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Finance Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformations. • Understand client business processes and model them effectively within D365 F&O. • Design end-to-end ERP solutions that align with industry best practices and client needs. • Lead and manage full lifecycle D365 F&O Finance implementations. • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements. • Develop business requirement documentation and solution design documents. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client counterparts to ensure project success. • Contribute to improving delivery processes, developing tools and assets, and selecting software and ISVs. • Stay current on new tools and versions, and assist in knowledge sharing and training initiatives. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/F&O. • Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Finance or Operations. • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations. • Proficient in business requirement gathering and design documentation. • Skilled in leading workshops and engaging with key business stakeholders. • Exposure to tools and assets development, software/ISV selection, and delivery process improvement. • Familiarity with training on new versions and tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
