Overview Systems Program (Web) (RDTE) Bowhead seeks a Systems Program (Web)/SharePoint Developer to join an established team in Dahlgren, VA. The Systems Program (Web)/SharePoint Developer will be responsible for developing, deploying and sustaining SharePoint web pages using SharePoint Online. Responsibilities Essential functions include: • Responsible for collecting requirements from the Government for Public and Private Websites. • A strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI are desired. • Develop client facing web site and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal. • Maintain application baseline in multiple environments. • Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modelling and develop data validation processes. • Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements. • Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes. • Work with the cybersecurity engineer to create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for all data exchanges. • Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements. • Manage and respond to user tickets. • SharePoint Administrator will prepare technical documentation and processes to be used for the support of the web sites. Qualifications • Five years (5) of relevant expereince • High School Diploma required or Bachelor's Degree prefered. • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter. • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. • Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges. • Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment. • Works well with limited oversight. • Experience developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI. • Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate. • Experience with translating customer requirements into functional requirements for the application (User Stories / Backlog Items). • Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases. • Design and develop data exchanges in accordance with the System Interface Agreements. • Lead development efforts. Expert developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) in an Azure environment: • Canvas tools development environment • Integrate Power App into SharePoint site • Access and manipulate data from SharePoint lists • Visualize data from SharePoint lists • Protect data in SharePoint lists Expert in SharePoint Lists: • Create/Read/Update/Delete/Backup • Maintain • Respond to ad hoc requests • Access/Roles/Permissions Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
