TECH | DATA ANALYTICS Our Data Analytics team plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights. We work hand-in-hand with clients from various industries to simplify complex data and uncover impactful insights. This fast-moving, tech-driven team emphasizes curiosity, critical thinking, and strong communication to turn data into decisions. MAKE AN IMPACT As a Data Analyst, you will: • Identify client needs and translate them into actionable data requirements. • Create data connections to multiple sources, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, APIs, and SharePoint. • Develop pipelines to move and transform data into lake houses using medallion architecture best practices. • Design robust and scalable data models optimal for reporting and analytics. • Enhance Microsoft Fabric solutions for improved performance, scalability, and security. • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure data accuracy and report reliability. • Collaborate with business analysts, report designers, and stakeholders to deliver valuable insights. • Continuously seek innovations by staying updated on industry trends, Microsoft Fabric improvements, and the latest data and AI tools. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, applied mathematics, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar discipline. • Proficient with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse. • Experience with Power Query (M language) and complex data transformations. • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and star-schema design. • Skilled in SQL for data querying, cleaning, and transformation. • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. • Experience in integrating various data sources to derive meaningful insights. • Familiarity with analytics tools and languages such as Tableau, QlikView, D3, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Dynamics 365, R, Python, and SAS. • Understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-based data solutions. • Preferred: Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI certifications. • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. • Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
