The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture. The .NET Developer will be tasked to: • Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software • Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications • Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products • Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software • Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools • Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements • Act as team leader on projects • Instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of other software developers on the development team • Participate in development of software user manuals • Provide mentorship and technical advice to a team of developers • Implement programming standards that support a secure and defect free application • Work with QA teams to ensure the application remains secure and defect free • Define and document processes to be used by all application developers on the team • Plan, research, and recommend new equipment, software tools, and technologies • Use monitoring and performance analysis tools • Produce user guides, ER diagrams, Visio network design drawings, and SOPs as needed Hiring Expectations • We are only considering US Citizens and Green Card holders for this position.
