The FQHC Quality Data Analyst at Compass Health Wellness is responsible for managing outcome reporting and supporting quality improvement initiatives for Federally Qualified Health Center services. This role involves data analysis, compliance coordination, and collaboration with clinical teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
Compensation : $27.81/hr The FQHC Quality Data Analyst position supports data-driven quality improvement and regulatory compliance for FQHC services by managing outcome reporting, coordinating accreditation efforts, and providing analytical support for performance measurement. The role works closely with leadership and clinical teams to enhance data systems, ensure grant and accreditation standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across clinical operations. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday. This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC Outcomes Management Designs, develops, and manages databases for Compass Health and external funding sources related to FQHC outcome measures Coordinates with FQHC leadership to develop and maintain an integrated FQHC Outcome Measures Report Oversees data collection, analysis, and presentation of FQHC Core Measures, including those tied to internal performance and external funding Analyzes FQHC outcomes data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements and operational efficiencies Acts as a quality liaison for FQHC process improvement projects in partnership with the Director of Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinates with the Quality Data Analyst to manage and support the FQHC patient satisfaction survey process, including survey design, deployment, and reporting Provides statistical and technical support for data analysis, visualization, and presentation, including use of reporting and graphics application Assists with data abstraction, analysis, and preparation of presentations for internal and external audiences Partners with FQHC leadership to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards (e.g., HRSA, NCQA, HEDIS, CDC, MPCA) Supports efforts to obtain and maintain NCQA accreditation, including survey preparation and documentation In collaboration with executive leadership, supports adherence to FQHC grant requirements and provide data and outcomes support as needed Submits required quarterly and annual data to MPCA, MHP, and HRSA, including assistance with the UDS report Collaborates with Primary Care Nursing Directors to support reporting and enhance workflows related to data collection and outcome measurement Provides support for Azara DRVS data validation, mapping, and related projects Assists with development, maintenance, and support of surveys using platforms such as SurveyMonkey Creates and maintains data collection crosswalks and tools to support streamlined data processes Participates in key committees and meetings including the CQI Committee, FQHC Quality Committee, FQHC Risk Committee, and MPCA MOQUIN Assists with operational implementation of system changes, both manual and computerized, that impact data and quality reporting Supports funder and accreditor on-site monitoring and preparation, including HRSA QIP Action Plans and NCQA/HRSA survey intent Bachelor’s degree required WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS At least three (3) years similar experience required Experience in quality and utilization management required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHR’s preferred Strong report writing and data analysis/statistical analysis skills preferred Strong conceptual framework for outcomes measurement preferred LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION CPHQ certification through NAHQ preferred (may be acquired post-hire) Compass Health Network Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
