Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/PCM Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PCM modules, particularly Management Ledger and Transfer Pricing, and will be responsible for delivering scalable, efficient, and well-documented solutions that support financial and operational reporting needs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions using Oracle PCM/EPCM, with a focus on Management Ledger and Transfer Pricing. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs. Create and maintain business rules, models, and custom MDX allocation scripts for segment allocation and tax transfer pricing. Build and maintain forms and reports within the EPM suite. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle PCM/EPCM applications. Manage data load rules, mappings, and data loading processes. Ensure functional alignment with Chart of Accounts and allocation processes. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively. Maintain documentation and support process improvements for data integrity and efficiency. Required Qualifications 8 to 15 years of experience in Oracle EPM/PCM, including administration, design, development, and support. Strong proficiency in Oracle PCM modules, especially Management Ledger and Transfer Pricing. Hands-on experience with: Oracle EPCM/PCM/PCMCS Data Management EPM Automate EPM Agent SQL Functional understanding of financial processes and Chart of Accounts. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues. Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, Availability Management). Preferred Qualifications Experience with FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service). Knowledge of shell scripting.
