Job Summary We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Senior Consultant to design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and the Power Platform. The role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform based on customer requirements. • Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions. • Prepare technical design documentation and build proof of concepts. • Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an offshore-onsite model. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • 4-6 years of development experience in Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016/D365 CE. • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE stack and Power Platform. • Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of custom applications. • Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and extending Microsoft CRM using: • Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Web API, HTML, C#.NET, SSRS, Custom Actions, PCF Controls. • Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS/VSTS, and source control systems. • Experience with integrations and data migrations using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Scribe. • Development experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. • Familiarity with CRM API, REST/ODATA endpoints. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE. • Experience with Azure Web Apps and Logic Apps. Certifications • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
