Job Title: Power Apps and Power Automate Developer Experience: 6+ Location: Canada- Toronto,US -New York (Relocation Required) Work: 5 days in week from office Job: Permanent Full Time Requirement About the Role Looking for an experienced Power Apps and Power Automate Developer to work onsite. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the onshore technical and business teams, participate in whiteboard sessions, gather requirements, and design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Strong communication skills and hands-on development experience are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Work onsite with the client’s onshore team to gather business requirements via workshops and whiteboard sessions. • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. • Create and manage automated workflows that integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other Microsoft and third-party services. • Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable applications. • Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation. • Ensure compliance with Power Platform best practices, governance, and security standards. • Document technical design, development processes, and user manuals. • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate. • Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and other data connectors. • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Power Platform CLI, or custom PCF controls. • Experience with Power Virtual Agents, or custom connectors. • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, connectors, licensing, and capabilities. • Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
