Overview: This is an in person position. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Analyst to design, implement, and support scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, and will play a key role in automating workflows, improving data accessibility, and enhancing operational efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Development • Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams. • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly Power Platform solutions. Automation and Integration • Automate repetitive and manual business processes using Power Automate. • Connect applications and workflows to data sources such as SharePoint Lists, Excel, and SQL. • Implement and maintain approval workflows, email notifications, and process tracking systems. Data Visualization and Reporting • Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to support management and operational decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely refreshes across reporting environments. • Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and present actionable insights that drive business improvements. Governance and Support • Maintain documentation, version control, and change logs for all Power Platform solutions. • Apply best practices for data governance, security, and environment management within Microsoft 365. • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to end users to promote adoption of Power Platform tools. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Experience with data modeling, Power Query (M), and DAX in Power BI. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Familiarity with Azure services or Power Platform administration is a plus. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, solution management, and deployment best practices. • Experience supporting process automation, digital forms, and reporting in a business or public sector environment. • Ability to gather business requirements and document workflows for solution design.
