Our client, located in TN, is currently in need of a Microsoft Teams, Planner, Project and SharePoint Collaboration Consultant for a 2 month contract. The consultant will work remotely in support of the configuration of MSFT Teams, Planner, Project and SharePoint repositories to collaborate, share project data and manage projects within the tools. Responsibilities • Discuss goals, success, environment/tenant, licensing with customer • Review how projects are managed today. • Discuss remote access to tenant, P5 Planner license features and discuss rolling up project data within the tools • Discuss project-level templates for waterfall and agile projects. • Discuss task rollup – Task a Project, task a Portfolio • Discuss reporting options for proper set up and roll out during onboarding • Discuss user enablement • Communications & training planning. • Portfolio management plan and design • Setting up a Microsoft Team & SharePoint site for Planner users to build Planner community.(one place for Planner questions, announcements, training, recorded sessions, sharing). • Should Planner mobile application be used? • Cohort rollout planning (waves of users) • Onboarding • Identify training content and define three onboarding session types (one for end users • Define Onboarding Sessions • User Onboarding Session (~326 staff users) – Basics of using Planner to contribute to personal productivity and project task tracking. • Project Manager Onboarding Session (~7 PMs) – User Onboarding Session plus activities needed to create, track status, complete projects. • Reusing projects and/or using templates • Portfolio Manager Session (TBD) – • User PM onboarding sessions, plus activities related to portfolio management • Strategic Goal Reporting – Implement reporting for specific projects, goals and status • Onboard users • Enable P5 licenses to targeted users. • Provide onboarding sessions • Support Users • Conduct office hours drop-in sessions • Participate in the Microsoft Team for Q&A, knowledge sharing, tips and tricks, new Microsoft training content, etc. Required Skills • US Citizen working within the United States – cannot support network OCONUS • Experience designing project and program management solutions using MSFT Teams, Planner, Project and SharePoint • Customer has Planner and Project Plan 5 licensing in addition to Teams and SharePoint.
